2.Jivamukti Yoga with Jutta Mele-Maurer / April 18-25
Very special Yoga Retreat recommended in the transition from one season to the next, an ideal time to detoxify body, mind and spirit. The Jivamukti style integrates spiritual aspects into modern life. In a Jivamukti class, the ancient teachings of Yoga are incorporated with a practice of vigorous asanas (postures), pranayama, music, mantras, study of scriptures, poetry and literatures. The full program lasts one week and aims to stimulate the Manipura chakra (primary third chakra), with kriyas (advanced meditations), pranayama (mindful breathing) and specific asanas (postures). 3. Pilates with *PascaleFalempin / May 2-9
Fusion and creative proposal, dedicated to those who enjoy vigorous exercise or wish to get in shape from Pilates, a synergy of breathing and movement, for a strong body center of gravity and an alert and happy mind. With an eclectic background integrating ballet, contemporary dance, and yoga, the teacher will offer a program that combines the classical structures of Pilates mixed with the many other influences that have enriched her path.
