Talea Collection is organizing for the summer of 2023 a series of events dedicated to great wines and the excellence of Apulian cuisine.
It begins on Friday, July 28, with an evening of “Burgundy meets the Saleblu Sea” with Olivier Leflaive. As of 2022, the SaleBlu restaurant at the boutique hotel La Peschiera is in fact Maison Valentin Leflaive, a French brand of great prestige in the champagne world.
As every year, the appointment with the night of St. Lawrence is renewed. Thursday, August 10 with the evening DESIRE! The night of the stars At the Tamerici Beach Club.
For the night of Aug. 14, “Dinner pieds dans l’eau” at SaleBLu restaurant in the Peschiera, by Chef Vincenzo Montanaro, with a 4-course menu, and jazz musical accompaniment with Mia Secundo and Aldo Di Paolo (live piano and vocals).
For Ferragosto Night, Tuesday, Aug. 15, a dinner featuring traditional Apulian Foody Moody cuisine with a performance by the group I Contrabbandisti, Swing Band and street performers is offered again at Masseria Il Melograno. Traditional Apulian dishes will be by Chef Cosimo Amico, Resident Chef of Masseria Il Melograno’s Mùmmulo restaurant. Apulian partner of excellence for the evening will be the San Marzano winery.
On Friday, August 25, Masseria Il Melograno , meanwhile, is organizing “Masseria e Calici – An Evening with Apulian Rosés.” The wines will be paired with Chef Cosimo Amico‘s proposals, with background music by the Rainbow Trio.
