Along with silver quartzite from Val di Vizze and quartzite crystal from Val di Fundres, the “Familiamus stones” used in all five treatments, each ritual dedicated to adult wellness is assigned a stone chosen specifically for its energetic powers.

Familiamus’ 5 “signature” rituals with special stones

In the Awareness ritual, the relaxing effect of the sweet scent of fennel oil is enhanced by the amethyst stone in a facial massage that calms the mind and helps combat stress and regain focus.

Instead, the focus of the Courage ritual is on the back and improving posture: the stone used is garnet, whose energy gives confidence and self-assurance, along with essences of stone pine and arnica that stimulate circulation and breathing.

Rock crystal is featured in the Enthusiasm ritual, which begins with a juniper foot bath, followed by a revitalizing leg massage and a wrap with local medicinal plants such as mint, birch, and nettle, with energizing effects on the entire body.

In the Serenity ritual, a full body massage with essential oils of lavender and St. John’s Wort gives harmony and inner peace, while black tourmaline stones placed all over the body help stimulate energy flows.

Finally, In the Bonding ritual dedicated to couples the moonstone gives vitality, cheerfulness and balance: This is a special full body massage with individual fragrance chosen from various herbal essential oils, which is followed by a massage from the left arm to the heart, for which the fragrance chosen by one’s partner is used instead, to precisely seal the Bond.
