Festival Orme returns from September 9 to 13 for its ninth edition in Fai della Paganella, transforming woods and trails into places of encounter, discovery, and well-being. The theme chosen for 2026, “The Path is Dialogue,” describes a different way of experiencing the outdoors: slower, more mindful, and deeply connected to the land.
Walking in the woods is good for the body and mind: the festival that transforms trails into a wellness experience
In recent years, the way we experience the mountains has changed profoundly. While the trail once represented primarily a destination for hikers and athletes, today more and more people choose it as a space to slow down, breathe, and rediscover a more authentic relationship with nature. Walking thus becomes a wellness experience involving the body, mind, and emotions, turning every step into an opportunity to reconnect with oneself.

It is precisely from this vision that Festival Orme was born, the event that will return to animate Fai della Paganella from September 9 to 13 with its ninth edition. The theme chosen for 2026, “The Path is Dialogue”, invites visitors to experience the forest as a space for relationships, where landscape, people, and the territory meet through shared experiences.
The forest as a place of listening and well-being
For five days, the woods, meadows, and trails of the Paganella will host a rich calendar of events intertwining nature, culture, and well-being. The program includes guided excursions, workshops, traveling performances, live music, family activities, and experiences dedicated to mindfulness, with the aim of enhancing the territory through a slow and participatory approach.

More than just a festival dedicated to the outdoors, Festival Orme proposes a different interpretation of the journey: not a sporting performance, but a way to observe the landscape with greater attention, letting the rhythms of nature dictate the pace of the experience.
The Dialoghi nel Bosco Bootcamp debuts
The main novelty of the 2026 edition is the Dialoghi nel Bosco Bootcamp, an immersive journey that will take place within the Parco del Respiro.

For three days, participants will alternate sessions of forest bathing, mindfulness practices, guided excursions, and in-depth moments dedicated to biodiversity, sustainable forest management, and personal well-being.

Leading the program will be Antonio Brunori, General Secretary of PEFC Italy, Riccardo Rizzetto, author and communicator, and Sara Compagni, body coach, with a path that combines scientific knowledge, direct experience, and body care.
Giovanni Allevi among the guests of the ninth edition
Among the most anticipated events is the meeting with Giovanni Allevi, who will bring a reflection to the Festival on the value of dialogue through the universal language of music, in harmony with the theme of this edition.
His participation is part of a program that aims to create connections between different disciplines, showing how art, nature, and well-being can dialogue harmoniously.

A festival designed for all ages
Alongside the meetings and immersive activities, Festival Orme will offer a rich calendar of initiatives dedicated to adults, families, and children. Excursions, creative workshops, concerts, performances, and outdoor activities will make the Paganella a place of encounter and sharing, where every participant can build their own path through nature, culture, and well-being.
Now in its ninth edition, the festival continues to promote a vision of the mountains based on respect for the environment, listening, and the quality of the experience, reminding us that the value of a trail is measured not only by the destination, but also by the way it is traveled.
