Recipe for the base of a glass of about 30cl

Apple detox:
2/3 green apples, 3 cl lemon juice, 3 cl ginger juice
Sweet Garden:
2 green apples, 1/3 cucumber, ½ avocado, 3 grams fresh spinach
Good Morning:
1 squeezed orange, 5 fresh raspberries, 4 grams of muesli, 2 mini bananas, 4-5 dried goji berries, 10 cl soy milk
Lisa:
2/3 pears, 1 kiwi, 5 grams of green cabbage, 15vcl of almond milk
