Everything is set for the reopening of the Bad Moos – Dolomites Spa Resort in Sesto (BZ) on May 30, 2020. It’s off again at last, with many new features especially affecting safety, cleanliness and reservation policies: aspects that have suddenly become essential for a truly relaxing vacation.
Here then is free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival, disinfection and thorough cleaning of rooms and common areas, security distances, and medical staff on hand.

Finally starting to plan for summer! After this period, there is a real need for a vacation of complete relaxation. In the mountains, where you can effortlessly meet the required distances and breathe pure air. In South Tyrol, a non-mass tourist destination with high standards. At Bad Moos where all measures are already in place for a completely safe vacation.
Starting with the even more thorough cleaning, carried out with professional and certified products with antibacterial and antiviral effect, by specially trained staff, always equipped with mask and gloves. All rooms and common areas are fully ventilated, disinfected with ozone periodically, while twice a day are sanitized the so-called “critical points”: door handles, windowsills, benches, etc. All hotel linens, from bathrobes to tablecloths, are cleaned with a professional washing machine directly at Bad Moos, at high temperatures and with organic detergents.
Dispensers with hand sanitizers are provided at various points in the hotel, masks and gloves are provided free of charge to guests. Common areas are arranged in such a way that guests have the ability to maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from each other; the hotel entrance has an automatic door opening, which does not provide for hand contact points.
Those who need to work while on vacation will find a desk and fiber-optic connection for smartworking in their room.
Staff training includes attending a first-aid course, and the general practitioner, Dr. Mair, and other specialists are available at the hotel by appointment. The private outpatient clinic is just 1 km from Bad Moos, and the nearest hospital with an emergency station is in Innichen, 10 km away.
Clean-proof kitchen and spa
Cleanliness also in the kitchen and dining room. Food processing and dish preparation follow strict HACCP hygiene guidelines, kitchen disinfection is carried out periodically, and both kitchen and dining room staff always use gloves and masks. As always, local and km0 products of certain provenance are preferred.
Special glass protection has been installed on the buffet table, during which guests are asked to wear gloves and face mask provided by the hotel. In the dining room, the minimum recommended distance between tables according to World Health Organization guidelines is observed.
As for the wellness and sauna area, the pool water is cleaned with sand filters and chlorine produced in house with salt and drinking water. The water is also treated with UVC and ozone to ensure the elimination of 99.9 percent of germs.
Surface disinfectant products, cleaning cloths, and hand sanitizers are available to guests in the relaxation areas and fitness room. In the beauty department, employees use masks during spa treatments.

Flexible Reservations and Summer Special Relaxation at Bad Moos
To meet guests’ needs, the Bad Moos has also implemented new, extremely flexible reservation and cancellation policies. For all new bookings, in fact, from May 30 to July 31 and from September 1 to October 31, 2020, it will be possible to cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
To get the summer off to a great start, from June 1 to August 2, 2020, Bad Moos is offering the “Summer Special Relaxation” package including:

All from 560 euros per person
In case of a 5-night stay, the wellness voucher increases to 80 euros, while for 6 nights the amount to be used in the Termesana Spa rises to 100 euros.
