The largest of the resorts in our collection, the Falkensteiner Club Funimation Garden Calabria on which we have already invested 6 million euros and for which we have planned an additional 4 million for completion by next year. Calabria is still a niche destination, but it is certainly an emerging region with a lot of potential.
We recognized and supported the growth of this territory at an early stage of analysis, and today we are very pleased and proud to have this destination in our portfolio. The four-star resort with its 600 rooms will be our flagship hotel in terms of our “entertainment” segment, with which we will set new standards in the field of entertainment and activity programs in hotels.”
The focus of the Falkensteiner Club Funimation Garden Calabria is on families, wellness, good food, and numerous sports and entertainment activities to keep guests of all ages active. Beach volleyball, soccer, five-a-side soccer, tennis, paddle and sports area with miniature golf, bocce court, shuffleboard, badminton, table tennis, both indoor and outdoor gymnasium, and archery-the day always seems too short to experience all the offerings.
If children have fun in the Spray Park with slides and water games, in the family pool, adults can relax in the separate “adults only” pool and have access to a 500-square-meter SPA with a large wellness area among the whirlpool jets or in the Turkish bath, bio sauna and Finnish sauna.

Falkensteiner Club Funimation Garden Calabria is an oasis of wellness and fun surrounded by nature and overlooking the sea: to reach the long beach, you cross a green and shady pine forest for about 300 meters. The sea is among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a thousand shades of blue that blend with those of the Costa degli Dei, one of the most paradisiacal stretches of the Calabrian coast, characterized by bays, coves, long beaches and enchanting views. The hotel beach is private and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Evenings are sizzling at the Falkensteiner Club Funimation Garden Calabria: in the large amphitheater , the shows and evening entertainment are curated by a team of professionals who know how to enliven the starry evenings of the Calabrian vacation.
Younger guests find in the Falky-Land club an area with 600 sq. m. between indoor playground and outdoor area with games and activities divided by age group (0-3, 4-8, 9-12 years), the assistance of animators makes the day full of fun appointments, with group games.
For teenagers, there is a separate area called “teenie-land” for kids 13 and older, with offerings suitable for older kids.
For the little champions in July and August, soccer courses are also planned by the prestigious German club Hannover 96.
The vacation is about tastes and smells, to be tasted and discovered: the All Inclusive formula starts from 10 a.m. to midnight and allows guests to immerse themselves in the most authentic Mediterranean food and beverage. The choice is endless with buffet restaurants with outdoor area, including an area with Show-Cooking station and terrace, and a beach restaurant with terrace and fine dining; there is no shortage of bars, including one on the beach, where you can order cocktails and drinks of all kinds, always all inclusive.
