More than 5,000 square meters dedicated to spreading the culture of well-being with more than 200 booths dedicated to all worlds of well-being, as well as experiences to be lived in person and 3 different restaurants with healthy, vegetarian and vegan proposals. Prominent among them is a grand restaurant hall open from the beginning to the end of the event in which it will be possible to taste typical cuisine alongside light world cuisine and the best vegetarian and vegan recipes.
Tisana points, in fact, the spotlight on the correct nutrition, building a real path of knowledge toward a healthy lifestyle: from in-depth study of the nutritional principles and properties of individual foods to specific products for particular diseases (allergies, intolerances, celiac disease, diabetes), from ingredients essential for vegan recipes, vegetarians and crudists toorganic and biodynamicfarming to Nutraceuticals and Phytotherapy.
But Tisana is also-or perhaps above all-the place for those who seek and for those who give well-being, harmony, balance and spirituality. There are as many as 12 exhibition areas, encompassing all facets of the industry, from biocosmetics toclothing to green building, via Feng-shui,furniture, accessories, wellness centers and spas, spas, wellness hotels, sports, holistic disciplines and more.
Tisana, four days dedicated to wellness
During the four-day fair, visitors will not only have the opportunity to discover exhibitors presenting the various worlds of the wellness (including tools, books dedicated to wellness, cosmetics and natural medicine) but also to experience directly at the fair massages, treatments and new practices in complete privacy thanks to specially set up spaces.
There will also be an area dedicated to the youngest children and their families in which there will be entertainment activities, creative and educational games, as well as an opportunity to talk with experts in the field.
Tisana will also host an area dedicated to holistic practitioners, where it will be possible to learn about and experience different alternative practices and therapies to improve one’s health.
Finally, in addition to the many attractions, there will be a rich program of free lectures featuring the most professional and interesting speakers in the wellness industry.
Speakers include such notable names as Pietro Mozzi, Franco Berrino, Stefania Piloni and Erica Poli. The lectures will offer valuable insights and advice to promote a healthy and harmonious lifestyle.
